About Me

Hi, I'm Dr. Soo Dawson

I work with adult individuals who are ready to experience immediate relief and lasting change.

If you long to feel grounded, confident, and truly present with yourself and the people who matter most, I’m here to help you live the life you want. Together, let’s help you move towards your future with the sense of purpose and peace you crave. I look forward to working with you!

Maybe my fascination with books and stories led me here but I love being a psychologist and hearing peoples’ stories.

Throughout my graduate training and work in different settings, I stood in awe of the resilience and creativity of individuals I met, who entrusted me with their stories.

Trained as a generalist and with nearly a decade of experience in the field, I have experience guiding people through anxiety, depression, and trauma towards a life that feels more balanced and whole. You’ll find working with me to be supportive and encouraging. My identity as a bi-cultural clinician allows me to practice in a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive way. Here with me, your experiences will be honored, your strengths recognized, and your growth becomes the focus. You don’t have to do this alone.
